3 lbs country-style boneless pork ribs
3/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup apple butter
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 teaspoon liquid smoke (optional)
2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
Rub salt and pepper on ribs.
Place in crock pot.
Cover with onions.
Mix remaining ingredients and pour over onions.
Cover and cook on low for 9 hours.
* Amy’s notes: We shredded and ate on sandwiches.
